Billing and Insurance

Our fees are within the usual and customary range for this community. Please note that we are required to charge a fee for all patient encounters including office visits, procedures and hospital consultations.

Patients covered by health insurance are requested to bring a valid identification card to their office visit.

Patients covered by a Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) will be required to pay a co-payment at each office visit.

Patients that do not have health insurance will be asked to pay for all office visits and/or procedures at the time of treatment.

As an added convenience, we accept VISA and Mastercard. Special payment arrangements may also be discussed with our Billing Manager.
